This is an EXCEPTIONAL 1885 original Paperback Wisden, that has been beautifully rebound. The Twenty-Second edition.

Handsomely half bound in red leather. Red marbled end papers and gilt to top edge. Binding by prestigious London binding company, Morrell Binders.

A splendid edition. The original wrapper are present. The front is splendid and the rear likewise, there is a light mark towards the top of the rear wrapper which can be seen on the photograph.

Internally the pages are clean and in stunning condition. TIt is fair to say that there is no ageing or foxing to the internal pages. The page block is excellent.
