1936 Wisden Paperback

£120.00 £96.00

This is a Very Good condition 1936 Paperback Wisden. The 73rd edition.

This 1936 Paperback Wisden has very good covers –  both  are a little dark around the edges, this tends to be quite normal for 1930’s paperbacks – no text or imagery is lost. The spine is also in good+ condition. It is creased in places and as can be seen it has ‘lines’ – fold lines that have developed as this edition has been opened, the spine block is not broken but it does have the feel of being just slightly loose.

Internally this edition becomes a very good+ one. The pages are clean and unmarked throughout.

The bat bookmark is present and as seen on the photograph,  it is complete and the page block is also in good condition.

Contents Include:
The Laws of Cricket.
Sydney James Southerton.
Direct Attack and LBW.
JB Hobbs – Twenty Five Years of Triumph.
South Africa in England.
County Champions: Yorkshire
Sheffield Shield: Victoria.
MCC in West Indies.
