1963 Wisden Hardback

This is a Lovely Condition 1963 Hardback Wisden. The 100th Edition.

The front and rear boards beneath the jacket are in Super condition, they are very strong and firm. The spine board  is also in super condition. The gilt to both the front is very bright, splendid in fact. The spine gilt is good, not as strong a the front.

Internally the inside hinges to the front and rear are in splendid condition, as are the pages within.

The page block is very very good.

The 1963 had three print runs, in April, May and June 1963,  this is from the First Run in April and it is very unusual finding first run 1963 hardbacks in this condition.
